FAQ
Questions, answered
How does Ascend work?
You answer a short quiz with your birth date, time and place and a few questions about your life. We calculate your natal chart, Matrix of Destiny and the rest of your readings from those details and open them in your personal report.
Do I need my exact birth time?
You can skip it. Your report is built from the details you share, and a birth time makes your rising sign and house placements more precise.
What is the Matrix of Destiny?
It is a system that maps your date of birth onto a diagram of energies, showing your karmic lessons, your talents and the energy leading each stage of your life.
How much does it cost?
The quiz is free. To open your full report you start with 3-Day Access for €1,00. After that, the subscription renews at €47,99 per month until you cancel.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel through your account settings or by contacting support.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Yes. If you do not notice any progress after using the app for at least a week, we will make a complete refund within 14 days, subject to our money-back policy.
How accurate is astrology?
Astrology is not a science, and Ascend cannot predict the future with certainty. Use your readings for reflection and entertainment, not as a substitute for medical, legal or financial advice.
